Member organization winners and tournamentsEdit

Six member organizations each ended their regular seasons with a tournament. The teams in each conference that won their regular season title were given the number one seed in each tournament. The winners of these tournaments received automatic invitations to the 2010 NCRHA B Division Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships. The Southeastern Collegiate Roller Hockey League did not have a regional tournament, instead giving their automatic invitation to their regular season champion Central Florida.
