Member organization winners and tournaments[]
Six member organizations each ended their regular seasons with a tournament. The teams in each conference that won their regular season title were given the number one seed in each tournament. The winners of these tournaments received automatic invitations to the 2010 NCRHA Division I Collegiate Roller Hockey National Championships. The Rocky Mountain Collegiate Roller Hockey Association only had one Division I school and did not have a regional tournament, instead giving their automatic invitation to their regular season champion Colorado State.
